Shipping Policy
All OpeToz products ship via USPS (United States Postal Service) within the contiguous 48 United States, Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico.
Flat Rate USPS Ground Shipping can take 7 to 10 business days, or longer, depending on the ship-to location. Expedited “Priority” shipping, estimated to take 2 to 3 days for delivery, is also available.
OpeToz does not currently sell or ship our products internationally.
Return Policy
If you are not completely happy with your purchase, return your purchase within 30 days in the 2 boxes shoes arrived in. The Shoes must NOT be worn and the original product tags must be attached.
OpeToz reserves the right to deny refunds for returned items that have been worn, are not returned in the matching box and/or missing the original OpeToz product tags.
- Full price of shoes and sale merchandise in original condition, with all tags attached, can be returned for a refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery date.
- Final sale merchandise cannot be exchanged or returned at any time.
- Worn, altered, or washed merchandise cannot be returned or exchanged.
