However, the good news is that there’s an end in sight to our current winter as springtime slowly approaches. Many people enjoy celebrating the warmth of springtime aboard a cruise ship holding a fruity drink with an umbrella. A Sundress
Sundresses might be the last clothing item on your mind since you’ve spent a decent amount of time this winter covered in multiple layers while shoveling snow. However, sundresses are the perfect articles of clothing for ladies to pack into their suitcases for their seaside adventure. Sunglasses
It’s important to bring multiple pairs of sunglasses to wear as you are sailing the seas because the water reflects the intense rays of sunlight. We recommend bring a few different pairs of sunglasses so that if you lose or break a pair, you will still have a backup. Another plus side to having a few different pairs to choose from is that you can perfectly complement each outfit with just the right pair of shades.
A Cardigan
Despite the fact that you are in a warmer environment, you never know when you might approach a cool breeze or simply be sitting inside an overly air-conditioned room. A cardigan is great for adding just the right amount of warmth when wearing your sundress or other vacation outfits.
Sunscreen
Chances are, most of your body hasn’t seen the light of the sun this winter. Protect your skin from the sun so that you can enjoy your vacation without suffering through yet another sunburn. We recommend bringing several bottles of waterproof sunscreen of at least SPF 30 or higher to protect your skin. Remember to frequently apply sunscreen, especially if you are going in and out of the water a lot.
Beach Reads
There’s no better time to take advantage of a great book that while sitting at the pool or at the beach. Bring a couple of books to enjoy while soaking up the sun. The best books to read are the more carefree, lighthearted books, so leave that dog-eared copy of Tolstoy at home.
